T L B is currently serving as Vice President - People Function at a Not for Profit organization, handling the entire gamut of HR and Employee Relations. Prior to this role, T L B held the position of Global Director - Organizational Development at a US Consulting Firm. With extensive experience in HR and Organizational Development, T L B also worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant for several clients from July 2019 to June 2021. From May 1994 to June 2019, T L B served as the Head HR at a Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Healthcare company. T L B holds a PGDPM in HRD from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Accounting from Patna University.
