Hsian Winter

Hsian Winter is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, and corporate development. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Finance, FP&A, and Deal Desk Operations at Notable since May 2025, Hsian previously held a similar role at Benchling from May 2021 to June 2024, where notable achievements included building a strategic finance function for public-company readiness and revamping revenue models. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for Intuit's Small Business Group, where oversight encompassed multiple business lines, and as Vice President of Strategic Finance at Guidewire Software, where Hsian established key functions in FP&A and corporate development. Earlier roles included directing finance and strategy at ServiceSource, focusing on corporate analysis and investor relations. Hsian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
