David Rachutin has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development and management. David began their career as a C++\C# programmer at IDF in 2000, where they worked until 2004. During this time, they served as a Team Leader and was responsible for managing a development and maintenance team.

In 2006, Rachutin joined Notal Vision, where they held various roles, including Team Leader, Project Manager, Software Manager, Director of Software Development, Executive Director of the IT Department, and currently serves as the Vice President of Cloud Software Development and IT Systems. In these positions, they have demonstrated strong leadership and strategic management skills, overseeing the development and support of enterprise applications, proprietary software, and managing globally distributed teams. The ForeseeHome® AMD Monitoring Program helps physicians detect the conversion to wet AMD early, leading to earlier treatment intervention and better visual outcomes. Our Home OCT pipeline technology will provide patient-initiated retinal OCT scans to support the management of patients with neovascular retinal diseases, complementing existing in-office imaging and standard of care treatments as well as emerging longer acting drugs and drug delivery systems.
