Yoav Lagstein

Yoav Lagstein has a strong background in engineering and product development. Yoav is currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Notal Vision since January 2022. Prior to this, Yoav worked at Orbotech for several years, holding various roles including Engineering Manager and Product Engineering Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, planning and executing new product launches, and ensuring smooth program lifecycles. Before Orbotech, Yoav was an Engineering Team Leader at Unitronics and a Mechanical Engineer at Madgal Glil-Yam, where they gained experience in mechanical development and product cycle management. Yoav began their career at IAI as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in production engineering for commercial aircraft assembly. Overall, Yoav has accumulated extensive expertise in product engineering and development throughout their career.

Yoav Lagstein obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 2003 and 2007.
