Kate Parsons

Kate Parsons is the CEO and Founder of Notch Above Consulting, a role held since March 2018, where leadership involves overseeing a team of over 10 consultants to drive Digital and IT Transformation across various clients and industries. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of IT Portfolio & Technology at Dell Technologies from June 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities encompassed leading Digital Transformation initiatives and managing significant projects such as workforce transformation and application modernization. Additionally, Kate held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Platforms, managing a large SAP delivery team that successfully executed a $300 million sales re-platform. Earlier career experiences include roles at EMC and Accenture, contributing to expertise in IT consulting and business solutions. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's in Project and Program Management, Information Technology from Brandeis University.
