Kristen Gatens

Kristen Gatens is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Vice President at Notch Partners since October 2025, specializing in executive-centric investment strategies for private equity firms. Prior to this role, Kristen was with Guidepoint from June 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included Vice President of Client Services for Institutional Healthcare, in addition to previous positions such as Team Lead and Project Manager within the same department.
