Elaine Walton

Elaine Walton has extensive experience in contracts and legal affairs. Elaine is currently serving as the Associate Director of Contracts & Legal Affairs at Notch Therapeutics, where they oversee all contractual and legal obligations for the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Seaspan ULC, where they were responsible for contract negotiations and administration. Elaine also held the position of Senior Contracts and Subcontracts Specialist at MDA Corporation, handling contractual matters for various business areas. Before entering the private sector, Elaine worked at Simon Fraser University as the Associate Director of Contracts & Foreign Grants and later served as the Acting Director. Elaine began their career as a Contracts Administrator and Project Coordinator at BC Cancer and previously worked as a Contracts Administrator at AnorMED.

Elaine Walton has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Simon Fraser University. Their field of study focused on the Management of Technology.
