Meri Jebirashvili

Meri Jebirashvili is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Culture at NotCo. Meri has over six years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, and has worked with companies of all sizes across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Meri has a deep understanding of the recruitment process and is passionate about helping candidates navigate their way through it. Meri is also an expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, and has used their skills to successfully manage LinkedIn campaigns for their clients. In addition to their work in talent acquisition, Meri is also a member of their company's culture committee and is a co-lead for internal D&I initiatives.

Meri Jebirashvili has a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland, an Associate's degree in International Business from Montgomery College, and various certifications in digital marketing from MediaMath, New Marketing Institute, Traliant, LinkedIn, and Emtrain.
