Paula Misiac

Paula Misiac is a skilled professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as a Sensory and Consumer Senior Analyst at NotCo since May 2022. In addition, Paula is an auxiliar docente for the microbiology of food laboratory course at UADE since March 2023. Previous experience includes roles in quality assurance and control at Granja Tres Arroyos S.A.C.A.F.e I. from September 2019 to May 2022, as well as a project analyst and sensory and behavior science trainee at Danone Dairy from January 2017 to September 2019. Paula holds a Licenciatura in Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos and a degree in Bromatóloga from Universidad Nacional de Lanús, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2018, and has recently started a Coaching certification at Escuela de Coaching Gisela Gilges in September 2023.
