Renzo Gini has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Renzo began their career as an Assistant in Consumer and Market Insight at Organización Argentina de Jóvenes para las Naciones Unidas, where they analyzed markets and consumer behavior. Renzo then worked as a Leader of a project at GCABA and as an Executive Director at Organización Argentina de Jóvenes para las Naciones Unidas. Renzo then joined Accenture Services as a Senior Financial Assistant before moving on to Unilever. At Unilever, Renzo held various positions including Marketing Assistant, Product Manager, and Managing Director of U studio - In-house Agency. Renzo later joined Openbank Argentina as the Head of Marketing before ultimately becoming the Head of Marketing Argentina at NotCo in 2022. Renzo's experience includes leadership, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.

Renzo Gini completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Economic Sciences, at the University of Buenos Aires from 2005 to 2010. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology at the same university. In 2021, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a course in UX Design at Digital House.
