Tina Bui is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at NotCo since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tina contributed to Miyoko's in various capacities, including Senior Food Scientist, Assistant R&D Manager, Lead Food Scientist, and Food Scientist from January 2018 to March 2022. Tina's career also includes a tenure at Sugar Foods Corporation as a Food Technologist and Food Technician from February 2012 to January 2018, and an earlier position as an R&D Intern and Quality Assurance Administrator at Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. from May 2011 to February 2012. Additionally, Tina began the professional journey as a Food Production Intern at Rawk-n-Roll Cuisine in late 2010. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences with a Minor in Microbiology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained in 2010.
