Blair Gibbs

Blair Gibbs is the current Chief Financial Officer at Note Printing Australia. Prior to this, Blair was the Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary for Nutrano Produce Group from November 2017 to September 2019. In this role, Blair was responsible for the integration and improvements from people, systems and processes following a rapid increase in size and scale of the business. Additionally, they drove commercial value and had a strong focus on working capital, cashflow and financing of the business. Blair also had a strong focus on stakeholder management (board, banks and auditors).

From January 2016 to December 2017, Blair was Group Financial Controller at Axieo. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, taxation, treasury, asset management and financial risk management.

From January 2013 to December 2016, Blair was Financial Controller (Commercial) at Costa. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of commercial financial management, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and margin analysis.

From January 2010 to December 2013, Blair was Financial Controller / Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at PepsiCo. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and business decision support.

Blair Gibbs has a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Management Systems from The University of Waikato. Blair is also a Chartered Accountant from Australia and New Zealand, and has a certificate in company directors from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

They work with Dean Stephens - Head of Operations, David Garvie - Head of Quality & Process Engineering, and Dean McGrath - Head of Technical Services. Blair Gibbs reports to Malcolm McDowell, CEO.
