Piergiorgio Accrocca

Piergiorgio Accrocca has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Piergiorgio is currently the Head of HR Italy at Notino, a leading online retailer for beauty and health products. Prior to this, they worked as the People and Organization Development Manager at ISA S.p.a. from 2019 to 2022. Piergiorgio also served as the HR Manager at IKEA Italia Distribution S.r.l. from 2015 to 2018 and as the HR Director at Maquet Italia Spa from 2011 to 2013. Piergiorgio has held various senior HR positions at Sara Lee H&BC Italy Spa, Alcan Alluminium Italy SpA, and Merck Sharp & Dohme Italy SpA.

Piergiorgio Accrocca completed a Certificate of completion of law practice in Labor Studies from Ordine degli Avvocati e Procuratori di Roma from 1996 to 1998. From 1996 to 1997, they also participated in a Specialization training program in Law at Università LUMSA. Prior to that, they studied at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1991 to 1996, where they received a degree in Law with a focus on Employment Law. Their thesis topic was "The HSE mgmt system as per the regulatory frame of law 626/94."
