Bernie Carroll Bourke

Bernie Carroll Bourke is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in managing enterprise sales and developing sales strategies. Currently serving as Sales Manager EMEA at Notion since July 2024, Bernie's previous roles include Non Executive Director at Bellurgan Precision Engineering and Enterprise Sales Leader at Watershed, where Bernie's initiatives in team building and sustainability partnerships were notable. Prior to Watershed, Bernie held various positions at Slack, ultimately becoming Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe, leading one of the top-performing teams in EMEA. Bernie's earlier career includes significant roles at LinkedIn in sales and campaign management. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing from University College Dublin and has completed additional studies in sales management at Dublin Business School and a summer program at The London School of Economics.
