Previously, Cuyler held a role in People Analytics & Programs at Gusto from July 2016 to March 2021, contributing to a platform that supports small businesses with payroll and team management solutions. Cuyler's career also includes experience in recruiting operations at HealthTap for a brief period in early 2016.
