Elizabeth Dlha

Elizabeth Dlha is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in partnerships and community building. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Notion since March 2023, Elizabeth previously worked at Deepnote from August 2020 to March 2023 as the Head of Partnerships & Community and played a pivotal role as a founding member, establishing the company's go-to-market strategy. Prior to Deepnote, Elizabeth was a Product Manager at Periscope by McKinsey, where efforts focused on developing a revenue growth management solution. Elizabeth's career at McKinsey & Company spans multiple roles, including Junior Associate and Business Analyst, beginning as a Summer Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes internships at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Shosha App, and Credit Suisse.
