Joseph Molimock is an experienced leader currently serving as the Head of User Operations at Notion. With a strong background in operations, product, customer experience, and content within the tech industry, Joseph has a proven record of developing strategic goals and driving measurable improvements. Previously, they held various roles at Meta, including Head of Community Help and Education, where they led a global team and focused on customer support enhancement for billions of users. Joseph also contributed to startup ventures, such as Hamptons Lane and Travora Media, and gained diverse experience in publishing and marketing at Let’s Go Travel Guides. They hold an AB in Honors English from Harvard College.
