Kylie Henson

Kylie Henson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Content at Notion since July 2022, Kylie previously held roles at Coinbase as Global Training Manager and Associate Manager, Learning and Development, and at Spotify as Senior Associate Instructional Designer. Kylie's career began at Southwest Airlines, where several positions included Instructional Designer and Flight Operations Training Developer. Additional experience includes positions at The Crimson White, The Weather Channel, and Spoleto Festival USA. Kylie holds a Master of Science degree in Learning Technologies with a concentration in Workforce Leadership from the University of North Texas and is a graduate of The University of Alabama and Trinity Valley School.
