Prasantha Jayakody

Prasantha Jayakody has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Mobile Consultant at Infospace in 2006. Prasantha then moved to Vulcan, Inc. in 2007, where they held two positions: Manager, Product Management and Mobile Consultant. In 2009, they joined Motricity as Director, Product Management and Director, Product Strategy. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Washington. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Attachmate. In 2015, they were an IoT Evangelism Planner on contract at Microsoft. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Principal Product Manager at BSQUARE. Finally, in 2020, they became a Product Team Lead at NotiSphere.

Prasantha Jayakody obtained a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania between 1988 and 1992. In 2018, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2019, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from AWS.
