Alfred Bailey

Alfred Bailey is an experienced technology operations leader with a strong background in project management and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as Head of Technology Operations and previously in various tech leadership roles at Not On The High Street, Alfred has been instrumental in portfolio management and Agile delivery since 2016. Earlier positions at MWEB included managing a diverse portfolio within software development and infrastructure, and introducing Agile Scrum practices across teams. Alfred has also held project management roles focusing on e-commerce and digital asset management at Magnet Harlequin and BAA’s World Duty Free Group. With a solid educational foundation including certifications in executive coaching, project management, and Agile practices, Alfred is dedicated to advancing organizational leadership and effective project delivery.
