Brendan Laiben has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Their first job was as an Engineering Intern at Saint-Gobain Glass in 2011. Brendan then moved on to become a Reliability and Planning Engineer at the same company in 2012. In 2013, they became a Process Handler at Verallia. In 2014, they were the Head of Mechanical Operations at Miner Hosting LLC. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Systems Engineer at Boeing, where they worked on trade studies for the On-Board Oxygen Generation System (OBOGS) for F/A-18, including CFD and liquid-gas dynamics analysis projects. In 2019, they became a Blockchain Software Engineer at Object Computing Inc., where they worked on and became familiar with a variety of decentralized ledger technologies and platforms. In 2016, they founded Dappsters, LLC, a blockchain technology startup specializing in making blockchains accessible to everyone. In 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Notoros DLT.

Brendan Laiben obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2015. Brendan also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the same university in 2015.
