Caitlyn Chase

Caitlyn Chase, SHRM-CP, has a solid work experience background in the field of human resources. Caitlyn served as the Director of Human Resources at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union from February 2021 to present, after previously working as a Human Resources Generalist from December 2016 to January 2021. Prior to that, Caitlyn worked at the City of South Bend as a Benefits Coordinator/Human Resources Generalist from January 2015 to December 2016, and also as a Human Resources Intern from May 2014 to December 2014. Caitlyn began their career at Saint Joseph Health System (Indiana), where they served as a Residency Administrative Coordinator from December 2013 to May 2014, and as a Recruiter/Human Resources Intern from September 2013 to December 2013.

Caitlyn Chase, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree from the Indiana University South Bend - Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. Caitlyn'sdegree focused on Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2020.
