Pedro Guilherme Calandrino

Pedro Guilherme Calandrino was born on January 19, 1987, he graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP) and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). He has experience in leading mergers and acquisitions transactions in several sectors, mainly in the capital market area. He has held the position of Director of GNDI since November 2014, having served, between 2011 and 2014, as Director of mergers, acquisitions and capital market operations of Banco BTG Pactual and, previously, Banco Credit Suisse, as an analyst of Mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions.
