Brian McKinnon

Brian McKinnon has extensive experience in warehouse management and aircraft maintenance, currently serving as the Warehouse Manager at NOTS Logistics, LLC since July 2022, leading warehousing production for Toyo Tire Holdings of America and collaborating with operations managers to align warehouse capabilities with production demands. Previously, McKinnon held various roles at Chick-fil-A, including Talent & Acquisitions Director, where a streamlined hiring process improved team retention. A veteran of the United States Air Force, McKinnon managed support operations and maintenance for combat search and rescue aircraft, demonstrating leadership across multiple roles, including Aircraft Support Flight Superintendent and Lead Production Superintendent. McKinnon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate's degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
