Dan Crouch has extensive work experience, starting in 1990 as a Director of Accounting & Technology at the American Red Cross-Greater Kalamazoo Area, where they were responsible for budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Senior Services of Southwest Michigan, overseeing accounting, information technology, and facilities. In 2016, they worked as a Health Plan Data Manager at Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation, managing enrollment and benefits for Medicaid and Medicare participants. Currently, Dan Crouch serves as the Finance Director at Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, supervising accounting and financial reporting functions.

Dan Crouch earned a Master's degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Information Systems & Accounting at Western Michigan University from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Jodi Glickman on Make' Em Love You at Work" and "Strategic Planning Fundamentals" from Lynda.com in February 2017.

Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi

The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi is a federally recognized Tribal government with more than 1,600 enrolled Tribal Members. The NHBP main offices are located at the Pine Creek Indian Reservation near Athens, Michigan, with additional offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While NHBP seeks to improve the lives of their Tribal Members, NHBP also looks for ways to improve the lives of those around the NHBP Community. There are many events, programs and activities for NHBP Tribal Members, staff and Community members to attend throughout the year. The unity that NHBP purposely focuses on is meant to create a more diverse, accepting and caring culture.
