Michelle Richens has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Maintenance Coordinator at FireKeepers Casino Hotel since May 2012, Michelle has successfully implemented a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and is currently enhancing it by integrating equipment manuals for over 3000 assets. Previously, as the Food and Beverage Coordinator at the same establishment, Michelle managed diverse restaurant operations. Prior experience also includes serving as an Account Representative at Cleveland Clinic, where Michelle facilitated payment processing for doctors, and as a Front Desk Representative at Healthcare Midwest, ensuring patients received necessary services efficiently. Michelle holds a High School Diploma in Intensive Office Education from Kettering Fairmont High School and has furthered education at Sinclair Community College.

The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi is a federally recognized Tribal government with more than 1,600 enrolled Tribal Members. The NHBP main offices are located at the Pine Creek Indian Reservation near Athens, Michigan, with additional offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While NHBP seeks to improve the lives of their Tribal Members, NHBP also looks for ways to improve the lives of those around the NHBP Community. There are many events, programs and activities for NHBP Tribal Members, staff and Community members to attend throughout the year. The unity that NHBP purposely focuses on is meant to create a more diverse, accepting and caring culture.
