Rebecca Wilson Potter (she/her/hers)

Rebecca Wilson Potter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grant writing and consultancy. Currently serving as a Grants Specialist at Kim Joyce & Associates since April 2024, Rebecca specializes in foundation and corporate grants for a diverse range of clients, including nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. Previously, as the Founder of The Matriculadies, Rebecca successfully secured over $750K annually in competitive grants for various organizations. Additional roles include Director at emerge Xcelerate, where Rebecca managed business development for startups, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Blackford Capital, leading recruitment for a private equity firm. With a strong foundation in marketing and strategy from positions at Euro RSCG Tatham Interaction and earlier roles, Rebecca holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago.
