Helen Frost Fcipd

Helen Frost FCIPD has a strong background in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Advisor at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust in 1999. Helen then moved on to become a Human Resources Adviser at Southside Partnership before taking on various roles at Notting Hill Genesis, where they eventually became the Head of HR Operations. Their responsibilities at Notting Hill Genesis included strategic planning, staff management, engagement, performance management, and change management.

Helen Frost FCIPD completed their education with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management Chartered MCIPD from Kingston University in 1999. Prior to this, they studied Sociology and Industrial Relations at the University of Southampton from 1994 to 1997. Helen completed their A levels in Geography, English, and German at Hills Road Sixth Form Cambridge from 1992 to 1994, following their GCSEs at Impington Village College from 1987 to 1992. In 2017, Helen Frost FCIPD obtained the Chartered Fellow CIPD certification from CIPD.
