Lumi Westerlund

Lumi Westerlund is a Housing Officer at Notting Hill Genesis since April 2023, focusing on training new staff and leading team safeguarding and anti-social behavior initiatives. Lumi manages a portfolio of 165 properties, addressing various housing operations, including arrears, voids, repairs, and service charges. Prior experience includes serving as the JCR Women’s Officer at Mansfield College, Oxford, and interning with New York State Assembly Member Yuh-Line Niou, where coordination of intern schedules was a key responsibility.
