Sandip Shergill McIps

Sandip Shergill MCIPS has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Sandip began their career at CityWest Homes as the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, where they developed sourcing strategies, managed supplier relationships, and led OJEU tender processes. Sandip then moved to the Metropolitan Police as the Procurement Governance Manager, where they developed governance frameworks and ensured compliance with procurement regulations. Subsequently, they joined Genesis Housing Association as the Head of Category for Development and Property Services, overseeing large third-party spends and managing pan-authority frameworks. Currently, they serve as the Director of Procurement at Notting Hill Genesis, where they lead procurement strategies, manages risk, and represents the organization within the sector. Throughout their career, Sandip has demonstrated strong leadership in procurement and a commitment to delivering value for their organizations.

Sandip Shergill MCIPS completed a BA(hons) in Business Law at Kingston University from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued an MSc in Business Information Technology at Kingston University from 2002 to 2003. Sandip also obtained MCIPS certification from London Metropolitan University.
