Brian Schneider

Brian Schneider is an experienced professional in the food procurement and production industry. Currently serving as the Director of Protein Procurement - Poultry at Conagra Brands since December 2022, Brian has successfully procured significant quantities of poultry. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Jennie-O Turkey Store as a Commodity Manager and Commodity Representative, where responsibilities included managing substantial sales and ensuring best practices in production and logistics. Brian's extensive experience at Hormel Foods included roles such as Production Planner and Logistics Coordinator, responsible for managing logistics for a diverse range of food products, and National Accounts Manager, where Brian significantly improved customer accounts.
