Brian Schneider is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Protein Procurement - Poultry at Conagra Brands since December 2022, Brian has successfully procured significant quantities of chicken. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Jennie-O Turkey Store as a Commodity Manager and Commodity Representative, where management of substantial sales and agreements was achieved alongside successful collaboration for production and cost-saving strategies. Brian's career began at Hormel Foods, where valuable contributions as a Production Planner and Logistics Coordinator, National Accounts Manager, and Shipping Control Supervisor were made.
