Beth Brown

Beth Brown is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in public sector legal services. Currently serving as the Strategic Director of Legal & Governance and Monitoring Officer at Nottingham City Council since September 2019, Beth leads legal teams that provide a comprehensive range of legal services. Prior to this role, Beth was the Service Manager for the shared legal service at Ashfield District Council, managing legal operations for both Ashfield and Mansfield District Councils from January 2014 to August 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Solicitor at Newark and Sherwood District Council and Cartwright King Solicitors, as well as holding various positions at Nelsons, where early legal training was completed.
