Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management roles within the education and IT sectors. Currently serving at Nottingham City Council since August 2006, Richard has held multiple positions, including Server Support Specialist, Schools IT Manager, and Senior Schools Technical Support Officer, focusing on supporting approximately 100 schools with curriculum and SIMS systems. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Schools ICT Support Technician and held various roles at New Horizons Nottingham and Prima IT Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities included server maintenance, PC troubleshooting, and new machine setup.
