Theresa Flower

Theresa Flower has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Facilities Manager for Corporate and Civic sites at Nottingham City Council since October 2005. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing strategic improvement projects and managing the FM functions of five city center premises, encompassing hard and soft FM operations, budget control, staff management, and risk assessments.
