Spencer Welby

Spencer Welby has extensive experience in HR management, with a focus on affordable housing and care services. Spencer has held leadership positions such as Head of HR at Nottingham Community Housing Association and Remit Training. However, their most significant role was at Metropolitan, where they served as the Head of HR for four years. In this position, they led a team of business partners, oversaw key people-related projects, and was a senior member of various leadership teams. Prior to Metropolitan, Spencer was an HR Manager at Royal Mail and worked as a Personnel Management Tutor at the Training and Development Group.

Spencer Welby has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, they have studied Human Resources Management and Services at De Montfort University.
