Richard Alexander OLY is an experienced educator and athlete with a strong background in sports and science. Currently serving as the Assistant Head Co-Curricular at Nottingham High School since September 2021, Richard has held various leadership roles at Merchant Taylors' School from September 2014 to September 2021, including Deputy Leader Co-Curricular, Head of Hockey, and Teacher of Chemistry. Richard is also a long-time athlete with Great Britain Hockey since January 2006 and formerly with England Hockey from January 2005 to December 2012. Richard's teaching experience encompasses multiple subjects, including Science, Maths, and Sports, reflecting a diverse skill set in both educational and athletic environments. Nottingham High School

Nottingham High School is an independent day school situated about a mile north of Nottingham city centre, with over a thousand pupils from ages 4 to 18. We are made up of a Senior School and Sixth Form, the adjoining Nottingham High Junior School and Lovell House Infant School.
