Jesse Carlson

Jesse Carlson is an accomplished industrial design professional with extensive experience in leading design efforts and innovative solutions. Currently serving as Industrial Design Lead at Nottingham Spirk since December 2022 and as Principal Owner of Engage Design Solutions LLC since November 2020, Jesse has focused on creative problem-solving to drive product development. Previous roles include Program Director / Project Manager at Nottingham Spirk, Director of Design at Balance Product Development, and Senior Industrial Designer at SmartShape Design, among others. Jesse's educational background includes a BFA in Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art, with a concentration in mechanisms, materials, and processes for manufacturing.
