Bav Shah Mrics

Bav Shah MRICS serves as the Director of Business Property Solutions Limited since December 2017, where a tailored approach to property portfolio management is emphasized for various clients. In addition, Bav is a member of the Awards and Titles Committee at Nottingham Trent University, recognizing significant achievements within the NTU community, and has been appointed as High Sheriff of Bedfordshire by His Majesty the King for the term from March 2024 to March 2025. Previous roles include Property Consultant at Assure Consulting, Independent Governor at Luton Sixth Form College, and School Governor at Woodlands Secondary School. Bav's extensive experience in property management and consulting is supported by a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.
