Delso Batista

Delso Batista currently serves as the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at RUMO, responsible for the implementation of equal opportunities policies and promoting diversity within the organization. In addition to this role, Delso is a licensed clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist at Docklands Outreach Company Limited, where responsibilities include client assessments for therapeutic support. Delso is also a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology at Nottingham Trent University, awarded a research scholarship. Previous experience includes leadership and management positions at Cognizant, INEPSI-LX, Accenture Portugal, and arvato CRM Solutions Iberia & LATAM, alongside a background in clinical psychology and human resources consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both contributing to a solid foundation for current and past roles.
