Esther Tambwe

Esther Tambwe is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mentorship, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Lead Mentor at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University since September 2024, and as a Global Lounge Ambassador and Global Lounge Student Engagement Assistant at Nottingham Trent University since June 2023, Esther actively engages with the student community. As the CEO of both Tambwe Online Store Center and La JedidJah Foundation since January 2019 and January 2016 respectively, entrepreneurial leadership is a strong focus. Previous roles include serving as a Student Lead Mentor at Nottingham Business School from September 2022 to July 2023. Esther holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Nottingham Trent University (September 2021 - June 2025) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Leadership Academia University (2016 - 2019).
