Jessica S. Dunn

Jessica S. Dunn, Ph.D., serves as the Course Leader for Psychology Single Honours Specialist Pathways and Associate Course Leader for MSc Occupational Psychology at Nottingham Trent University, while also holding the position of Research Group Leader for Work, Wellbeing & Performance and Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology. With extensive experience in organisational learning and development since 2008, Dunn has consulted on various projects regarding change management and work-related stress in diverse sectors. Previous roles include Project Manager at the University Council of Jamaica, where leadership in business process automation and quality assurance was key, as well as a Research Associate with UNDP focusing on human trafficking data strategies. Academic experience spans several institutions, including a foundational role at the University of Nottingham as an Assistant Professor in Applied Psychology. Dunn's educational background encompasses a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Occupational Health Psychology and Psychology, respectively.
