Patrick George

Patrick George is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate HR Director at Nottingham Trent University since November 2018, Patrick leads teams in Employee Relations, Policy, Resourcing, Talent Acquisition, UKVI Compliance, and Payroll. Previous positions include Head of Employee Relations & Policy and Head of HR Operations, where Patrick demonstrated expertise in building effective relationships with senior leaders and supporting strategic HR initiatives. As Director of Patrick George HR Consultancy Limited since October 2016, Patrick provides consultancy services, and has held interim HR leadership roles at Chromalloy and Propex Concrete Systems Limited. Noteworthy prior experience includes serving as Head of HR Operations at Tarmac and as Interim HR Director for Lafarge Aggregates, where significant accomplishments included navigating complex organizational changes during a joint venture. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Trent University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Business School.
