Rachel Bancroft

Rachel Bancroft has a robust background in educational support and technology, currently serving as the Head of the Learning & Teaching Support Unit within the School of Arts & Humanities at Nottingham Trent University since April 2012. Prior roles at Nottingham Trent University include Learning & Teaching Support Unit Manager, Learning Technologist, and Resource Coordinator at the Nottingham Language Centre. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as an e-Learning Support Officer at the University of Nottingham from May 2008 to April 2012. Rachel holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours, both from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2005 and 2003, respectively.
