Hannah Gemmill

Hannah Gemmill is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Workforce and OD at Nottinghamshire County Council since November 2022. Previously, Hannah held several roles at Nottingham City Council from November 2012 to November 2022, including HR Business Lead and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included leading organisational design reviews and managing complex change programs. Hannah's early career involved roles at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Taff Housing Association, focusing on employee relations, strategic HR support, and recruitment processes. Hannah holds an MSc with Distinction in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
