Charles Hayes

Charles Hayes, MSOL, currently serves as a Program Manager at nou Systems, Inc., since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning and execution of complex projects across a diverse portfolio. Prior roles within the same company include Project Manager/Deputy Portfolio Manager and THAAD & AN/TPY-2 AST Contractor Lead, showcasing expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and test evaluation of major acquisition programs. Previously, Charles Hayes held positions at Halliburton as a Service Operator I and served in the U.S. Army from June 2000 to January 2011, where roles included Patriot Operator/Maintainer and Battalion Training Non-Commissioned Officer.
