Adam Balint

Adam Balint has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Adam started their career as a Website Designer and Manager at Ötlet Barkácsbolt in 2012 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned into the field of Information Security and worked as an Information Security Analyst at CIBC for 8 months.

In 2016, Adam joined Brock University where they took on various roles such as a Research Assistant, Marker for 1st Year Data Structures and Abstraction, Help Desk Tutor, and Teaching Assistant for 3rd Year Artificial Intelligence. Adam worked at Brock University until 2017.

In 2017, Adam joined the University of Guelph as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for 2nd Year Differential Equations and 3rd Year Intelligent Systems. Adam also served as a Graduate Research Assistant during this time. Adam'stenure at the University of Guelph lasted until 2019.

During their time at the University of Guelph, Adam had the opportunity to work as an Applied Machine Learning Intern at Clarifai from January 2019 to May 2019.

Most recently, Adam has been working as an AI Research Engineer at NOUL Co., Ltd. since July 2020.

Adam Balint completed their Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning from the University of Guelph, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with First-Class Standing and a concentration in Intelligent Systems (Co-op Option) from Brock University. Adam attended Brock University from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they spent a year as an exchange student at Yonsei University's College of Engineering - Computer Science in 2014 and 2015. Along with their academic achievements, Adam also holds certifications such as TOPIK Level 4 - Test of Proficiency in Korean and TOPIK Level 3 - Test of Proficiency in Korean, which were obtained in August 2021 and March 2021 respectively. Adam also completed an Instructional Skills Workshop at Brock University in October 2016.
