Serge Costi is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Marketing & Innovation at Noumi Limited since April 2020, Serge leads marketing strategies for Australia’s top exporter of dairy milk and plant-based milk. Prior to this role, Serge was the Head of Premium Beer Portfolio at Lion, overseeing a diverse team to drive strategy for notable beer brands. Additional experience includes roles at Diageo in New York, where Serge held various key positions related to Smirnoff Vodka and other premium spirits. Serge also completed a scholarship with The Marketing Academy in 2019, aimed at developing leadership in marketing. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
