Steven Phiri is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a strong background in plant management and process improvement. Currently serving as Cryo-Plants Operations Manager at BOC South Pacific since April 2023, Steven manages staff and contractors to ensure the efficient operation of gas production facilities. In addition, as Process Lead Engineer at Noumi since May 2022, Steven drives continuous improvement initiatives within the Integrated Work System framework. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Omega Industries, where Steven enhanced manufacturing performance, and Production Manager at DynaChem, where leadership efforts focused on achieving world-class operational efficiency. Steven began the career as a Junior Project Engineer at BioGreen Diesel and holds degrees from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
