Deborah Moore

Deborah Moore, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Nouria Energy Corporation since March 2021, leading a team of 18 HR professionals in shaping human resource strategies for an 1800-employee organization. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Associate Director for HR Aftermarket Operations at Pratt & Whitney, overseeing a team supporting nine locations with a focus on employee engagement and business strategy. Deborah's extensive experience at Staples involved multiple leadership roles within Human Resources, including Director of Organizational Development and Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and enhancing organizational effectiveness across various divisions. Deborah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude from Western New England University.
