Rado Mroz

Rado Mroz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Rado began their career in 1988 at RAMO, where they served as a Software/database Analyst, Architect, Developer, and Trainer. During their time there, they managed various software and database development projects, researched, designed, prototyped, programmed, implemented, and supported a wide range of business applications, multimedia projects, and scientific applications.

From 2000 to 2004, Rado worked at Express Online, a development and consulting company specializing in database-driven web solutions. As a Lead Developer/Analyst/Architect, they collected and managed requirements, programmed applications and services using various languages and architectures, and designed innovative web user interfaces.

From 2003 to 2005, Rado served as a Lead Developer/Analyst/Architect at Pioneer Petrotech Services, Inc. Rado developed and maintained applications using different languages and architectures, managed new systems development projects, and provided leadership and guidance to team members.

In 2005, Rado joined Trican Well Service Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed and managed applications for well service treatments.

At Schlumberger, from 2005 to 2016, Rado held multiple roles, including InTouch Engineer Fibre Optics/Operations Support and Senior Software Engineer/Project Engineer. Rado provided technical support for worldwide operations, analyzed, designed, and developed software solutions, and communicated with clients throughout the development lifecycle.

From 2016 to 2019, Rado worked at Furlong as a Software Development Manager, leading the SaaS R&D department and managing people, processes, and DevOps activities. Rado also served as a Senior Developer, working on the development and maintenance of SchoolBase.

In 2019, Rado joined RexProcess as a Senior Consultant (Solutions/Software Architect), specializing in technical software architecture and development in the downstream oil and gas industry.

Currently, they are working at Nourish Care as the Head of Software Development, overseeing the software development process and exploring various technologies.

Throughout their career, Rado has worked with a wide range of technologies and frameworks, including Microsoft .NET, C#, Ruby, Ruby-on-rails, Python, Node.js, AWS, JavaScript, Vue.js, AngularJS, Microservices, Lambda, AWS Postgres, Aurora, dynamodb, Semaphore CI, and more.

Rado Mroz obtained a Master's Degree in Math & Computer Science from Univerzita 'Pavla Jozefa Šafárika' v Košiciach in the years 1988 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate and Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert in June 2020. Rado also obtained certifications in Scrum, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in July 2020 and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) in August 2022.
